Our Pet Policy

We allow dogs, cats, and service animals. All animals must be housebroken; no breeding allowed. Restricted dog breeds include German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow Terriers or mixes, American Bulldogs, Bull Staff/Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Wolf‑dog hybrids, Pit‑bull terriers, Presa Canario, or any Canary dog variety (50% or more by breed, verified by veterinary report). A one‑time non‑refundable pet fee of $350 is due at move‑in. Monthly pet rent is $50 for the first pet and an additional $25 for a second pet. Maximum of two pets per unit. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
